Pointing Poker

Overview
Pointing Poker is a real-time tool that helps software teams estimate how much work each task will take during sprint planning. I built it after the service my team was using became unreliable. Everyone votes on a task and watches the results come in. The team can then talk through differences and agree on an estimate. People who aren't voting can join as spectators.
My Role
Lead Developer and Designer. I designed and built Pointing Poker on my own time. I chose Liveblocks to handle real-time sync, so votes show up on everyone's screen at once without much extra work for a solo developer.
