Preferify

Overview

Preferify shows Spotify users their top artists and tracks at any time of year, without waiting for Spotify Wrapped. It can also turn a user's recent listening history into a new playlist. I built it because I use Spotify every day and didn't want to wait a year to see this data.

My Role

Lead Developer and Designer. I took Preferify from design through launch on my own. I chose Auth.js because it made Spotify sign-in easy to add, and I used the Spotify API to pull each user's listening data.
