UF Mobile App

Live at Apple App Store and Google Play Store
Overview
The University of Florida's original mobile app was a vendor-provided solution that consistently fell short of both our internal goals and user expectations. To address these issues, our team built a proof of concept and proposal to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of bringing development in-house. This initiative ultimately led to a successful transition away from the vendor and the launch of a fully in-house mobile app.

My Role
Lead Developer. I spearheaded the development of the mobile app from inception to completion. This involved architecting the overall structure, detailing its implementation, and developing the mobile app in close collaboration with UX/UI designers and QA analysts to ensure a seamless and accessible experience that met the needs of both stakeholders and end users.
