Overview
Whole Gator was originally a solution that was developed by a third-party contractor and then transitioned into our hands. When it was time to make updates and changes to the app, it became clear that we would need to refactor and rewrite the app so that it would be easier to maintain.
Technical Overview
My Role
Lead Developer. I completely rewrote the app from the ground up in a short amount of time due to time constraints. During the rewrite, I was able to implement new features, improve accessibility, and improve the overall architecture and code quality of the app.
