University of Florida App
Official Android and iOS mobile app for the University of Florida.
My Role
Lead developer, which meant my responsibilities included but were not limited to:
- Scaffolding the process from development to production deployment
- Collaboration with the product owner, shareholders, designers, and other developers
- Developing technical documentation
- Ensuring code quality through code review
- Providing mentorship and guidance to other team members

The Old App
The previous app was not a native app and was difficult to work with since it was through a third-party. After lots of discussion and creating a proof-of-concept app, we got the approval to move forward with an in-house app.
The New App
The new app is still in active development, so new features are being developed.
